1. Agreement

By accessing or using HireOrbitex you agree to these Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. What this service is

HireOrbitex is an independent job and internship discovery platform. We find, organise and summarise employment opportunities from employers and publicly available official application sources, and we link you to the employer’s own application page.

We are not the employer for third-party listings, not a recruitment agency, and not a party to any application or employment relationship. This is set out in detail in our Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

3. The service is free

Browsing listings, reading articles and applying through the links we provide is free. We do not charge job seekers, and we will never ask you to pay in order to view, apply for, or be considered for an opportunity.

4. No guarantee of accuracy or outcome

Listings are compiled from external sources at a point in time and can become inaccurate without notice. We do not guarantee employment, interviews, responses, salaries, or that any opportunity remains open. Verify the details on the employer’s official page before acting on anything you read here.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl, harvest or bulk-copy content from this site by automated means, except for well-behaved search engine crawlers obeying our robots.txt;
• republish our original summaries, guides or articles as your own;
• submit false, misleading, abusive or spam content through any form on this site, including false listing reports;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its administration area, or its underlying infrastructure;
• interfere with the operation of the site, including by overwhelming it with automated requests;
• use the site or its content to defraud, mislead or harm job seekers or employers;
• use the site for anything unlawful in your jurisdiction or ours.

We may restrict or block access where these terms are breached, without notice where the breach is serious.

6. Intellectual property

Ours

The HireOrbitex name, logo, site design, original job summaries, preparation guidance, career resources and blog articles are our intellectual property. You may read, share links to, and quote short extracts of our content with clear attribution and a link back. You may not reproduce substantial portions of it elsewhere.

Employers’

Company names, logos and trade marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the employer associated with a listing. Factual details about a role are attributed to their source, and we link to the original. Their use here does not imply affiliation with or endorsement by those organisations.

Yours

Content you submit through a form (a message, a listing report) remains yours. By submitting it you give us permission to use it for the purpose you submitted it for — replying to you, correcting a listing, or improving the site.

7. Links to other sites

This site links to employer websites, application systems and other third-party resources. We do not control them, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content, security or practices. Once you follow a link, that site’s own terms and privacy policy apply.

8. Advertising

We may display advertising on this site in future. Advertising will be clearly distinguishable from editorial content and from job listings, and it will never influence which opportunities we publish or how they rank. See our Advertising Policy.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the site available and current, but we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time, including removing listings that have expired or that we can no longer verify. We are not liable for any unavailability.

10. Limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HireOrbitex excludes all implied warranties and is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss, or for lost opportunities, lost earnings, wasted time, or any dealings between you and an employer or third party discovered through this site.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify HireOrbitex against claims arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
