Disclaimer

The single most important thing to understand about this site: HireOrbitex publishes job listings, it does not employ anyone through them.

Last updated:

HireOrbitex is not the employer

Job listings on HireOrbitex are provided for informational and discovery purposes. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, HireOrbitex is not the employer. Application decisions are made by the respective employer.

We are an independent discovery platform. For every third-party listing on this site:

  • The employer is named on the listing. That named organisation is the employer, not us.
  • We do not recruit, interview, shortlist, or select candidates.
  • We do not receive, store, or forward job applications or CVs.
  • We have no authority over any hiring decision, at any stage.
  • We have no partnership, agency, affiliate or sponsorship relationship with the employer unless that relationship is explicitly stated on the page.

If HireOrbitex is ever genuinely recruiting for its own team, that will be stated unambiguously on the listing itself. We do not use phrases like “we are hiring” or “join our team” for opportunities that belong to somebody else.

Job information may change or become inaccurate

Listings are compiled from employers’ own career pages and other publicly available official sources at a particular moment in time. After we publish, an employer may change the requirements, move or remove the deadline, fill the role, pause hiring, or take the page down entirely — usually without notice to anyone.

We record the date we last checked each listing and display it on the page, and we mark opportunities as expired when we learn they have closed. Even so, we cannot promise that everything you read is current at the moment you read it.

Always verify the role, requirements, compensation, deadline and application process on the employer’s official website before you apply or make any decision.

What we do not guarantee

Using HireOrbitex does not entitle you to, and we do not guarantee:

  • employment, a job offer, or a contract of any kind;
  • an interview, a response to your application, or any form of shortlisting;
  • a particular salary, stipend, benefit, or working arrangement;
  • that any advertised opportunity is still open, was ever open, or will result in a hire;
  • the conduct, solvency, legality, or good faith of any employer or third party;
  • that the information on a listing is complete, accurate, or free from error at the time you read it.

Where a salary, stipend, or deadline is not shown on a listing, it is because we were unable to verify it from the source. A missing field is not an implication about what the answer might be.

Employers control recruitment

Every part of the hiring process — screening, interviewing, assessment, offers, contracts, onboarding and rejection — is controlled entirely by the employer. Questions about the status of an application, feedback, or the terms of a role must go to the employer, not to us. We have no visibility into any of it.

Never pay to apply

HireOrbitex will never ask you to pay us in order to view a listing, apply for a job, be referred, or be considered for any opportunity. There is no premium tier that gets your application seen, and there is no fee for anything on this site.

Legitimate employers do not charge candidates registration fees, training fees, security deposits, or payment for equipment as a condition of applying or starting. If anyone asks you for money in connection with a listing you found here, treat it as a warning sign, do not pay, and report the listing to us.

If we ever introduce a genuinely paid service, it will be clearly described, clearly priced, and entirely optional — and it will never be a route to preferential treatment by an employer, because that is not something we are able to offer.

External links

This site links out to employer websites, application systems and other third-party pages. Those destinations are not under our control. We do not endorse them, we are not responsible for their content, security, availability or privacy practices, and their terms and policies apply once you leave HireOrbitex.

We show you the destination domain before you click and we do not use hidden redirects, but the decision to visit and what you share once you are there remain yours.

Career guidance is general information

Our career resources and blog articles are general guidance based on common hiring practice. They are not legal, financial, immigration, tax or professional advice, they are not tailored to your circumstances, and outcomes vary considerably by employer, industry, country and individual. Seek qualified professional advice where your situation warrants it.

Trade marks and company information

Company names, brand names, logos and trade marks referenced on this site belong to their respective owners. They are used to identify the employer associated with a listing. Their use does not imply any affiliation with, endorsement by, or sponsorship from those organisations.

Limitation of liability

HireOrbitex is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, and we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or your reliance on any information published on it — including lost opportunities, lost earnings, wasted time, or any dealings with a third party you found through this site.

Nothing in this disclaimer limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Full terms are set out in our Terms of Use.

Telling us about a problem

If a listing is expired, inaccurate, broken, or looks fraudulent, please report it or email support@hireorbitex.online. Reports are reviewed by a person, and how we handle them is set out in our correction policy.
