Report a listing
Job listings go out of date quickly, and occasionally a fraudulent posting slips past a review. If something is wrong, telling us is the fastest way to get it fixed for everyone else.
What happens to your report
- The report enters our review queue immediately. Nothing is auto-published or auto-deleted based on a report alone.
- We re-check the original source and the application link ourselves.
- If the opportunity has closed, we mark the listing expired. The page stays online with a clear notice and links to current alternatives, rather than disappearing and leaving a dead link.
- If a detail is wrong, we correct it and update the “last checked” date on the listing.
- If a listing appears fraudulent, we remove it from the site while we investigate.

If you have lost money or shared sensitive information
Reporting the listing to us helps protect other job seekers, but it is not a substitute for acting on your own situation. If you have sent money or shared bank, card or identity details with someone posing as an employer, contact your bank straight away and report the incident to your local law enforcement or national cybercrime authority. HireOrbitex cannot recover funds or act on your behalf.
