Remote Work

Remote jobs and internships

These are opportunities the original listing describes as remote or partly remote. We do not label a role remote based on assumption — if the source is ambiguous, it stays off this page.

Remote hiring also attracts more fraudulent postings than on-site hiring, so the safety checklist below is worth a minute before you apply anywhere.

Staying safe while job hunting

  • Verify the employer independently

Search for the company name, check its official website, and look at its LinkedIn presence before you share personal details.

  • Check the application domain

Legitimate applications usually run on the employer’s own domain or a well-known recruitment platform. Be cautious with unfamiliar links and lookalike domains.

  • Never pay to apply

A genuine employer does not ask for registration fees, training fees, security deposits, or payment for equipment before you start.

  • Protect sensitive information

Bank details, national ID numbers, and card information are not needed to apply for a job. Share them only after a verified offer, through official channels.

  • Be wary of pressure and secrecy

Instant offers without an interview, insistence on messaging apps only, or pressure to decide immediately are common warning signs.

We review listings before publishing and remove ones we find to be inaccurate, but we cannot guarantee the conduct of any third party. If something looks wrong, report the listing and we will look into it.
