What we use today
Browsing HireOrbitex as a visitor sets no cookies at all. There is no tracking cookie, no advertising cookie, no session cookie, and no consent banner — because there is currently nothing to consent to.
The one cookie this site can set is an authentication cookie for the administration area, and it is only ever set when a HireOrbitex administrator signs in:

It is HTTP-only, restricted to this site, and never set for ordinary visitors. Because it is strictly necessary for a service the administrator explicitly requested, it does not require consent.
How we measure usage without cookies
We do record which listings and articles get opened, so we know what is worth publishing more of. That measurement is done on our own server and stores no cookie, no device identifier and no IP address — it counts events, not people. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
What will change if analytics is enabled
We may enable Google Analytics 4. When that happens, Google sets its own cookies to distinguish return visits and measure traffic. We configure it to anonymise IP addresses and to disable Google Signals and ad-personalisation signals.
You can opt out of Google Analytics across every site using Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
What will change if advertising is enabled
We intend to display advertising via Google AdSense in future. Advertising cookies are used to serve ads, limit how often you see the same one, and measure performance.
None of that is running today. Before it does, we will update this page and our Privacy Policy, and we will implement a consent mechanism for visitors in regions where consent is legally required before such cookies may be set. We will not switch on advertising cookies first and write the disclosure afterwards.
Managing cookies in your browser
You can view, block and delete cookies through your browser settings — usually under Privacy or Site settings. Blocking cookies on this site will not affect your ability to browse listings, read articles, search, or use any form here, because none of that depends on cookies.
A note on what we do not do
We do not use cross-site tracking pixels, social media tracking widgets, session recording, heatmaps, or browser fingerprinting. Our share buttons are plain links to each platform’s share page — they load no third-party code and set no cookie until you click one.
